The attack has deeply shaken us
Berlin’s Christopher Street Day
Christopher Street Day is a day of diversity, joy, and self-determination. It stands for visibility, equality, and the freedom to live openly and without fear. That people should become the targets of violence precisely on such a day leaves us deeply appalled.
For many years, Parieté has demonstrated how naturally art can bring people together and foster a richer sense of community. Such an attack therefore also strikes at the values that we, as Parieté, stand for: an open, diverse, and democratic society.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to the families and loved ones of the victims, as well as to everyone who had to witness this terrible event.
10 years of Parieté –
an evening full of magic
On September 5th, 2025, Parieté celebrated its big anniversary at the Pfefferberg Theatre and open-air area – an evening full of emotions, encounters and boundless art.
The audience experienced a glittering gala full of highlights: dance, artistry, drama, music and comedy merged into an evening that was both moving and inspiring.
Under the patronage of Katarina Witt and Senator Sarah Wedl-Wilson, the gala became a celebration of diversity and creativity. An evening that showed that art connects – and knows no boundaries.

We celebrate art that
moves and inspires
When the audience dances, cries, laughs, sings, celebrates, pauses and raves with enthusiasm, it is one of the best compliments for the artists.
Their performances were once again outstanding, enchanting, poetic, stirring, passionate and entertaining. The production of Parieté 2024 by Giorgio Madia was a real firework of emotions.
A programme that is hard to beat in terms of variety and creativity. We are grateful for the many unique performances, which impressively and in an incomparable way show that art knows no boundaries.
